If your watch arrives damaged, broken, defective, or has any manufacturing issue, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or refund:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

The watch must be in its original condition and packaging.

Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Please note that returns or refunds are not applicable for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
